Is there a penalty for cancelling a booking?

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours (Flex) or 12 hours (Prime) before the start of the booking.

If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours (Flex) or 12 hours (Prime) before the start of the booking, 50% of the booked hourly rate will be charged.

If you cancel your trip after the start of the booking or if you do not pick up the vehicle, you will be charged 100% of the booking price.
