Once you have started your reservation, please only use the normal key to open and close the vehicle, e.f. during stopovers. Never leave the vehicle unlocked or the keys inside when you are not in the car. Do not lock the vehicle with your badge during use, this would close the reservation.
Only at the end of your booking do you complete the vehicle with your card or app, ending your booking.
