What should I do if I find a fine on the vehicle's windshield?

If you find a fine at the start of your booking please send a photo of the fine to [email protected] specifying that it is a fine discovered before you started your booking.

If you receive a fine during your booking and you are at fault, send an email to customer service at [email protected] specifying the details of your fine, we will inform you of the steps to follow. In all cases, you will have to pay the fine. In addition to the fine, you could also be charged an administration fee (25€).
