Before you can drive our vehicles, we must validate your driving licence according to German law. Open the app and go to "My profile → Driving Licence". You are asked to take the following pictures, on which the picture and details must be clearly recognisable:
- Front of your driving licence
- Backside of your driving licence
- Selfie of you holding your driving licence visibly beside your face (with the front facing the camera)
After successfuly uploading the photos you will receive an email as confirmation of receipt. Now you can sit back and let our service team check your driver's license. Please note that this can take up to 24 hours. But if you're in a hurry, just give us a call (+49 30 30 80 80 65).
